Price and Payment terms
Prices posted on this Site may be different than prices offered by us. All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling when applicable. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total, and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.
We may offer from time to time promotions on the Site that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
You agree to pay and authorize Blueberry’s third party payment processor to charge using your selected payment method and payment plan, for all applicable fees and taxes that may accrue in relation to your subscription to use our Services or purchase our products (such as the Blueberry Online Courses.)
All fees are in US Dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to us. We may suspend or terminate the Services if fees are 30 days past due.Â
Terms of payment including all payment plans are within our sole discretion and[, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing,] payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.
Refund/Cancellation Terms:
1-on-1 Coaching Services
There are no cancellations of any long-term 1-on-1 coaching services being provided once initial payment is submitted, regardless if payment is a pay in full or a monthly payment plan payment.
- For those receiving 4 + weeks of 1-on-1 coaching, your time and coaching sessions in the program can only be delayed or put on hold for family emergencies or if a participant is on travel for minimum of 3 consistent weeks in duration.
- Clients who have an unexpected serious illness or pregnancy during their enrollment can have their time in the program put on hold for longer than 3 weeks, exact duration of extension will be discussed and decided upon a per client basis.
- Please note only your time in the program can be delayed, your payments will continue as scheduled as there are no refunds or cancellations. I. These terms & conditions have been created to encourage you to learn how to build the skills necessary to manage your nutrition through everyday life distractions and scenarios.
If an appointment time needs to be re-scheduled, it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Coach 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings.
If an appointment is missed without notification or within 24 hours, Coach reserves the right to bill Client for a missed meeting. Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting.
Subscription/Monthly Services – Auto Renewal
Client acknowledges that he/she may terminate or discontinue the use of subscription, monthly or auto-renew programs with a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to of the next billing cycle. Within 7 days you will be charged for the next month and service will discontinue the following month.
The Client is encouraged to devote at least three months to the coaching process before deciding to terminate use.
Digital Products
Due to the digital and downloadable nature of these products, we do not offer refunds on online courses, digital downloads or ebooks
