Microhabits

Tiny changes create big results, with repetition over time. I design a plan of tiny actions that will seamlessly fold into your existing lifestyle, making change feel good and effortless.

The possibilities for micro habits, tailored for each client are truly endless.

Here are a few of my favorites that I like to recommend universally:

  • Start the day with a five-minute sit. Before your coffee, before your emails, just sit and chill out and watch your thoughts pass like clouds in the sky.
  • Put your fork down after each bite to get in tune with your hunger cues and reconnect your brain and body.
  • Develop a flush habit: every time you flush a toilet, do some sort of movement…a few squats, push-ups, sit ups, stretch.
  • Bare Ass Minimums (BAMS): Find a series of habits that, regardless of circumstance, you can accomplish each day.
