I am a huge data nerd. I love all the metrics, analytics and numbers I can get my hands on. In my younger days, I saw everything in black and white. I was either active or lazy, eating well or eating garbage, healthy or sick. Data (along with years of education and experience) has actually helped me to be more comfortable in shades of gray. 

If we could harness the power of our thoughts - what would we use it for? Think about how much time you spend obsessing over the size of your jeans or the cupcake you just ate. What if we could free up all that space in your brain and use it for something good and productive?
